Happy Easter

Happy Easter to everyone! When I was little I can remember being so happy that Easter was here. It meant I could wear my new dress and that Spring was going to be bringing warm weather.

I hope that everyone has a great day. It is the start of a new season. I think of it as being a freash start.

Art or Stock?

Art is my passion but I have to feed the kids and make a living. So far I have not found a way to do that with my art prints. It takes more time than I have at the moment. Maybe down the road I can venture into this realm but for now I will photograph for stock.
It does take some getting use too.
To think the way a graphic artist would think. To make images that are simple yet eye candy too.

This series of images seem to be doing well on Shutterstock. They are of my son listening to an MP3 player. They are simple yet have a cool vibe about them.

Waiting for approvals...

This is one, not the only hard thing, but one with stock. I have so many images in the "waiting to be approved queue" that sometimes it drives me crazy.

I have a lot right now because I was upload happy last week. I had taken some time away from stock and last week I decided that I'm going get this another go!
I want to make this work and I'm going to put a big effort into it.
